Mining is the activity of mining economically valuable minerals or other substances from the ground, and the mining sites are all mineral deposits with concentrated minerals. ● Inspectional screening: After crushed, it should be screened to check the particle size of the crushed product, so that the unqualified excessively large ore particles are returned to the crushing operation to crush again. This process can give full play to the crushing capacity of the crusher.
Grinding is the continuation of the crushing process, the purpose of which is to make most of the various useful mineral particles in the ore reach the monomer separation in order to carry out the classification and make the particle size meet the requirements of the classification operation. Normally, we support the principle of more crushing and less grinding for saving cost.
Classification: In the medium, the material is divided into several granularity levels according to the different settling speed.
The purpose of classification and sieving is to divide the ore particles into different particle sizes, but their working principles and the particle size characteristics of products are different.
● Screening is strictly separated according to the size of the sieve;
● Classification is separated according to the different sedimentation speeds of the materials in the medium.
In grinding process, classification is usually used in order to separate the qualified materials in time, which can avoid over-grinding of the ore and improve the grinding efficiency. Commonly used equipment is a spiral classifier and a cyclones.

Dewatering of coarse-grained materials is relatively easy. Natural drainage is generally used, that is, it is excreted by the gravity of water itself. The recycled water can be used in a certain part of the beneficiation operation or discharged after being treated by a water treatment plant to meet the standards.
