Mongolia 6000t/d gold ore heap leaching project adopts CNLITE for gold ore heap leaching, which saves cost, protects the environment and achieves satisfactory leaching rate.


Project Introduction:

The client was introduced to Xinhai Mining and Equipment for consulting on the turnkey service of the processing plant. Xinhai needs to provide construction engineering design for gold smelting, which includes: process specialty, civil engineering specialty, electric power specialty, water supply and drainage specialty, heating specialty and other aspects. After detailed exchanges, the customer learned about Xinhai's high efficiency and low consumption resolution electrolysis system, affirmed the advantages of Xinhai's equipment, and successfully reached a cooperation agreement with Xinhai Mining and Equipment to assist in the construction of its gold ore processing plant project.

Process index:

Due to the unstable nature of sodium cyanide, the endless list of explosions tells us that, for the sake of human safety and environmental protection, this time the project leader used CNLITE for leaching, and the recovery of gold leached reached 79%, which achieved a good leaching effect. In addition, the high efficiency and low consumption resolution electrolysis system recognized by the customer made the total duration of this time shortened by more than 20h, which was well received by the customer.
